Wauquiez construction site : New Wauquiez 55′

15 years have already passed since our first collaboration with the shipyard Wauquiez Yachts and Opium 39.

From 1 an, we are working with the new site team to build this Wauquiez 55 which will change the aesthetic and ergonomic codes of long-distance cruising monohulls. It combines the spirit of Nordic boats with a central cockpit well protected by a rigid cap., and the spirit of Mediterranean boats with a large rear deck dedicated to direct access to the sea.

L’ interior architecture is also innovative, with easy circulation, large, very clear volumes, a central machinery room with headroom, and an aft owner’s cabin worthy of a luxury boat. 80 feet.

We had the pleasure of working again with Stéphane Roséo for the interior design.

This Wauquiez 55 is a very contemporary and efficient sailboat, built with great care by a passionate and experienced team. The first hull is being assembled, and it will be presented at the fall shows 2024.
